Therefore, when using latex in the production process, it is necessary toage (mature) the concentrated natural latex and remove ammonia from the latex to an appropriate level before proceeding to the next production steps. During this maturation process, the latex must be aged for up to 21 days.

Latex (ParaFIT)

is anew type of concentrated natural latexdeveloped specifically for the production of latex mattresses andlatex pillows.Importantly, it is friendly to both people and the environment, as it reduces the use of chemicals. It contains lower levels of ammonia, zinc oxide, and tetramethylthiuram disulfide compared to the conventional commercial concentrated latex commonly used today.

ParaFIT latex (ParaFIT) can be used to producelatex foam productswithin 1–3 days without requiring the aging process in storage tanks like conventional commercial concentrated latex. This helps save time and reduce costs associated with the latex aging process. In addition, it can effectively replace conventional commercial concentratednatural latexused in production.

Ammonia content is less than 0.20% by weight of the latex
(Conventional commercial concentrated latex typically contains 0.3–0.7% ammonia by weight of the latex).
The amounts of zinc oxide and tetramethylthiuram disulfide are 30% lower than those in commercial concentrated latex (LA and MA types), by weight of the latex.
Can be used to produce latex foam products within 1–3 days after the production date
(Commercial concentrated latex must be aged in storage tanks for 21 days before it can be used).
Has a shelf life of more than 6 months.
